- Understand how to search for people and companies.
- Decide which groups to join and how to become an ‘expert’.

Learn to Twitter Training
Twitter can be a powerful tool to communicate with contacts known and unknown. If the strategy course has identified Twitter as a tool that would work for you. This course will help you to:
- Understand how, why and what to tweet.

- Learn the language of Twitter.
- Use HootSuite to manage your tweets and followers.
- Find people to follow in your target market and set up automatic tweets.
- Know who is tweeting about your company products or services.
A 1/2 day course for up to 5 people.
Twitter Advanced Training
You may be using Twitter to communicate with your contacts. You may want to extend your influence further and find more followers or target followers better. This course will:
- Review your use of Twitter as part of your marketing strategy
- Look at methods to increase your followers, increase website traffic & build your brand
- Extend your use of Twitter to generate real results for your business
- Look at which twitter applications will work for you.
A 1/2 day course for up to 5 people. Often the follow up course to Learn to Twitter.
Facebook Training
Facebook can work really well for some companies. If you have decided to use Facebook as part of your strategy, this course will:
- Identify the difference between personal profile and business page

- Set up or modify personal profile and business page
- Understand the security settings in Facebook
- Understand what, why and when to post in personal profile and business page
- Find people to ‘like’ your business page
- Understand Facebook Ads
A 1/2 day course for up to 5 people.
ITQ Social Media Qualification
If you have staff who have been on the above courses, we would suggest you encourage them to get the

ITQ for Social Media qualification which Concise Training can offer. Training and qualifications are brilliant for staff motivation and retention. This qualification is offered at Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE) and Level 3 (equivalent to ‘A’ Level). The qualification assesses not only the IT skills required to carry out the Social Media tasks, but also assesses the underlying knowledge and understanding to ensure a high quality approach to Social Media.
