In the first instance, we have a discussion with you to understand what your staff can currently do and what they need to learn to increase their productivity and use the IT tools better.  We may ask your staff to complete an initial assessment exercise to understand their starting skill set.   From this information, we create a bespoke training course to ensure your staff become the most productive in the time available.

We provide a warm, supportive environment so your staff can learn through a mixture of learning methods, including hands on exercises, discussion, group activities and quizzes. This provides an interesting learning environment and appeals to all learning styles. We ensure that skills are learnt that will be remembered and used beyond the training course.

Training Courses

All training is carried out on your site. We will provide handouts and exercises as appropriate. You will need to provide projector, laptops and broadband connection (if necessary). All our courses are created bespoke to your requirements.  The following areas of training are available.

All our Microsoft Office Courses will be based on the outcomes of the initial assessment / discussion. Course length and number of attendees will be agreed.  We can teach beginners, intermediate or advanced.

Microsoft Office 2007

Microsoft Office 2007 offers extended functionality to the Office packages and the user interface has significantly changed. Prepare your staff for the upgrade so that they immediately work smarter – saving you time and money. Course length and number of attendees will be agreed depending on your specific requirements.

Microsoft Office 2010

Microsoft Office 2010 is the latest version of Microsoft Office.

  • If you have recently upgraded from 2003, your staff may be finding the new user interface confusing.
  • There are additional features to increase productivity in all the packages that your staff may not be aware of.

Open Office

Open Office is a great alternative to Microsoft Office – and it is free! Open Office comprises of a Word Processor (Writer), Spreadsheet (Calc) and Presentation (Impress) tool.

Rather than paying out for Microsoft Office licences, why not train your staff in how to use the Open Office suite. Based on an initial assessment of your staff’s current knowledge and how you would like them to use the tool, we will create a bespoke training course for you. Google Documents

Google Documents is a free web-based word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, and form application. Using Google Documents allows you to create documents online and access them from wherever you happen to be. It is also a great way of allowing group working. Users can work on the same documents from different geographical locations.

This may be a great application for your staff to learn so that they can collaborate on work, access their documents from remote locations and it saves you paying for Microsoft licences. Based on an initial assessment of your current knowledge and how you would like to use the tool, we will create a bespoke training course for you. Cost

Our exact price will depend on the location of the course and the number of delegates.  We would suggest groups of no more than 8 delegates.  Our prices start at £495 + VAT per day.
