Word 95 – 2003 Training

Are you using Word most effectively?

  • How often do you get frustrated that it won’t do what you want?
  • How much time do you spend fiddling with indents, bullets or tables of content?
  • How often do you recreate the same text in different documents – or spend time copying and pasting between documents?

This course will streamline your use of Word, freeing up your time to spend on your business. Documents will look more professional and cause you less agro.

  • How many emails do you have in your in box?
  • How often do you check your in box?
  • Do you use the calendar and task functions of the package?

PowerPoint 95 – 2003 Training

PowerPoint – good or bad?

  • Do your customers enjoy your presentations or do they suffer ‘Death by PowerPoint’?
  • Do your presentations show your business to be professional and interesting or thrown together and boring?
  • Do you spend hours trying to jazz up your presentation with little success?

This training will allow you to create slideshows to support and showcase your business.

Access 95 – 2003 Training

If you frequently want to look at your data in different ways or produce reports on data that is frequently changing, you may want to consider using Microsoft Access instead of Microsoft Excel. In Access, you only need to create the query or report once and then run it against the data whereas you may need to recreate the report each time in Excel. Excel should be used if you are using and analysing numerical data, but Access is great if you need to manipulate data from multiple sources and produce reports.

This training will show you how to create tables, forms, reports and queries to get the best out of your data.
